Côtes de Brouilly "The Seven Vines"
Rouge
Assemblage of plots whose soils are dominated by "blue stone" (Metadiorite), rockier for the higher plots and more clayey for those at the foot of the hill. The wine is aged in oak foudre for 7 months. The cuvée reveals floral notes of hawthorn, peony, and cherry, with a touch of minerality, all with round black fruit and a spicy finish.
