Old Gamay vines (55 years old) from the "Montmerond" plot, on a very specific terroir of quartz, volcanic stones, and granite. Vinified using traditional carbonic maceration, then aged in Burgundy barrels for 8 months. Offers a delicately fruity and mineral red wine. Very slightly spicy, with great aromatic concentration.
