A cuvée developed in collaboration with "La Source" wine merchant, this is a molasses rum from the Fiji Islands that matured for 9 years on-site in ex-bourbon casks, followed by one year in France. It's a dense and voluptuous rum with a particularly comforting profile. It exudes notes of fresh cane, pastry cream, and raisins. A beautiful elegance unfolds.
