IGP Pays d'Hérault Mont Baudile "Les Intillères" White
Blanc
This cuvée comes from a blend of two micro-parcels planted with Chenin and Bourboulenc. The wine is fermented and then aged in new Burgundian pièces. We discover a wine of great finesse, particularly textured, where every element forms a harmony. The palate begins with a beautiful, comforting density, where notes of fresh pears and almonds are released, all supported by a fine minerality, framing the whole. Then, a subtle bitterness takes over to guide the finish towards a slightly more southern profile.
