This cuvée embodies the expression of the Saumur-Champigny terroirs through a blend of several Cabernet Franc parcels from the estate. The entire wine is then vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks. The result is a fine and delicate wine, with lovely fruit notes accompanied by a subtle minerality and delicate tannins, enhanced by sweet spices.
