This premier cru, from Kimmeridgian limestone soils in the commune of Courgis, planted with Chardonnay, has undergone a 36-month aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. This cuvée expresses the terroir through a lively and pure wine, with a great deal of energy. As always, there is a lovely texture on the palate with a particularly present fruity expression, giving it an extra touch of soul. This is a Chablis that combines intensity and charm.
