A single malt, non-chill filtered, matured in ex-bourbon casks for 15 years. It reveals an elegant style, which is the hallmark of the distillery. Maturation in bourbon casks has allowed it to explore a world of ripe and candied fruits. A subtle floral note emerges, bringing delicacy to the whole, then gives way, in the finish, to a spicy and malty register.
