White Heather 21 Year Old
Blend created by Billy Walker (owner of Glenallachie distillery). A blend of Speyside, Highlands, and Islay whiskies, first matured in American oak casks and sherry casks. Then, a second maturation in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The result is a particularly rich and complex Scotch whisky, combining gourmet notes with a delicate peatiness.
