Cuvée from a single vineyard plot within the "Bouzy" Grand Cru, planted with 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Vinified and aged in barrels, on fine lees, then left to rest on lattes for 4 years. An extremely limited edition cuvée. This Champagne captivates with its gourmet and vinous approach, combining notes of ripe fruit with a light woodiness.
