This cuvée comes from several terroirs planted with Chardonnay on marl-limestone soils. Both vinification and aging take place in stainless steel tanks for 8 to 10 months. This Chablis expresses the quintessence of its terroir through a particularly energetic and incisive wine, complemented by notes of gunflint, iodine, and citrus. The overall impression is pleasant and relatively delicate. Over time, its mineral and iodized character will intensify.
