This 100% Savagnin cuvée spent 6 years in foudre where fermentation never finished. Thus the wine was protected from oxidation all those years and bottled with 4 grams of sugar (imperceptible).
A captivating unique cuvée, in the spirit of the 2012 L'Étrange cuvée. Only 2000 bottles produced.
