Vin de Savoie Ayze "La Paille"
La Paille is Gringet's third single-plot cuvée. It is made from old goblet-pruned vines planted between 1929 and 1930 on a substrate of white marl.
La Paille is vinified and aged in the same way as the other wines on the estate, with the aim of having only taste differences reflecting the differences in terroir.
